Spotify deleting songs because of various errors.

Hello everyone,
I got Spotify about a month ago and i haven't really been happy with it.
My ~1.5k songs on extreme Quality which i store on my 32GB mini SD on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo keep being deleted. I can reproduce this:
1.Download the songs at home
2.Turn off Wifi and enable mobile data
3.Turn device off (because of school)
4.Turn device back on about 5 hours later
5.Start Spotify
After that, one of three things happen:
1. It works perfectly fine
2.Im being asked to log in and none of the things ive downloaded can be accessed by the app (although I can access it via External storage/Android/data/com.spotify.music/cache) and storage is set to Internal. Also, it may display the 3 device error message.
3. I start the app and everything is unaccessible, although its on my Sd card (same location as above)
2 and 3 happen ~30% of the time.
