Spotify doesn't respond, then stops playback and disconnects

Hi,

Today, as I was heading back home, I wanted to play some music from a playlist. After I hit the "Shuffle all" button, the app stopped responding to any touches (even if I see visual feedback of these touches) and the track stopped after a few seconds.

I then exited the app and reopened it to be welcomed by a sign-in page. After I signed-in, every cached playlist were still there.

This is the second time this bug happens and I have no idea of what triggers it.

For info, I have a Nexus 4 running Android 5.0.1. I will try to send a bug report or to get a logcat next time it happens.

Best regards.

I've had that issue once or twice... very weird. I  keep meaning to get a logcat also; if you do before me let me know!

I'm not sure everyone knows this trick, but you can create a bug report anytime by pressing the Power, Vol Down and Vol Up buttons all together.

Also, to get logs from every apps with an app like aLogCat on Android 4.1+, you have to grant permission to this app with the following adb command :

adb shell pm grant <app-package> android.permission.READ_LOGS
