Spotify don't work

Help, Spotify work with wifi but not with 3G , i have tried to install on Android 3 times but still don't work, what i have to do?

A few quaestions for you.

1. What device are you using - make/model- dual sim?
2. Which android version?
3. Which spotify version?
4. What exactly doesn't work as it should?
5. Do you get any error messages?

Spotify don't work on 3G , i've a huawei g play mini dual sim , the version
of the app is 8.4.2.636... Simply with 3G don't open the app ( 3g clearly
work with YouTube or whatsapp)

That's strange. I'm aware of problems downloading from spotify on dual sim phones but I doubt that the internet connection would prevent an app from launching. Does it actually launch but nothing loads on the home screen? Do you get an error message?

Try physically swapping the sim cards over, restart the mobile and see if that helps.

No , i don't have any error message , i try to open the app but don't load
anything ... I've tried all.

I have an Android 4.4.2 and the latest version of Spotify
