Spotify downloaded music wont play

So i have used spotify in while and it worked so far but now some songs are not playing i have got another phone and tried it there and it only played it when i was online

And its pretty anoying as i am premium and would like to play songs that i pay for.

Please help

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
