Spotify glitching and then crashing

My Question or Issue

Ever since a patch that was released on tuesday my spotify is constantly crashing. I will be listening to music and after a few songs it will all of a sudden stop and when I open the app it has restarted. Before tuesday this was never an issue but its suddenly just started doing this and nothing I do works. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, changed permissions, logged out and back in and nothing has worked. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you confirm if you followed these steps when you reinstalled the app? This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If the above doesn't do the trick, can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?
