Spotify is constantly deleting my offline tracks

I'm having the same problem as Mark_Lebbink. I also happen to be a Dutch user with the same type of  phone. Could you do the same for me?

This is a known bug, and it is listed in the bugs section 🙂

Does that mean it's being worked on? 

However, in the thread I refered to, the problem was solved instantly by a community manager. As I am facing the EXACT same problem, I was hoping someone could help me out the same way.
