Spotify not recognized on android phone

I upgraded my Spotify to premium on my tablet today but my android phone doesn't recognize it! I have logged out of Spotify on my tablet and the phone still doesn't recognize the upgrade to premium! Any suggestions ?

Going to pop this over into the android section. 

Are you definitely logging in using the same details, its amazing easy to accidentally have two accounts one with a Spotify username and another via your Facebook details. 

Its also worth double checking you have premium and not unlimited on your online overview.
