Spotify on Android, can't download playlist

Hey guys, I know there's been going several issues concerning playlists that can't seem to be downloaded for offline use. Well, I have the same problem, everytime I want to download a playlist, it starts and it's all fine, but once the download is over, my songs were never downloaded, so I'm in the same spot as before. I've tried everything, it must be an issue from Spotify itself as I've read in other threads

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
