Spotify on Android didn't see song that are visible on PC

Hi everyone,

I've just noticed this issue. Some songs are visible on PC app and internet browsers aren't visibile on my android smartphone app. I've made a playlist from the PC and i've sync it to the smartphone, but i didn't see some songs even if in the playlist details i see the numbers of songs.

Also, if i go in the main page of the artist with the smartphone app i see only some albums. Instead, if i do a search with the PC or with the smarphone's browser i see all albums. If i recall the smartphone app from the browser i can see the album but i'm unable to play songs or add them to a playlist.

I've also noticed that the songs "invisibile" from the smartphone app are the ones of the "invisible" albums.

How can i solve? It's pretty annoying!

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Let me know what they come back with as this is the second time I've heard this in the last couple of months... I'm intrigued.
