Spotify, please fix your app to stop the spontaneous removal of all my music downloads

I am begging you, please, as a loyal user for years and an enthusiastic one at that. I love your service, I have recommended and introduced it to many friends, family, and coworkers. But I am going to have to switch to Google Music or something else if this issue does not get resolved. I have downloaded thousands of songs to my phone so when the downloads get removed it is a long, tedious task to go through and re-download all of them. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times in the New Year. I have a Galaxy s7 edge on Verizon. If this is a known issue with any sort of resolve, plese let me know. I can provide more information if necessary, but this about sums it up. For $15 a month for our family plan, it really frustrates me to have this problem.

Great to hear you have been using Spotify for a long time, however, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with it.

Please could you try removing all of your offline devices from the account and download them again? I understand it is frustrating, however, this may fix the issue you are having 🙂
