Spotify pretty much unusable - won't load and slow

I have a paid suscription and for about a week Spotify wasn't been working pretty much at all, but today it got absurd. I've downloaded around 14 albums and I have 4 playlists, not a lot of music, in my opinion.

When I opened the app today on the bus (OFFLINE) at first I only got a black screen, after 5min I got a loading screen. After 15min of the loading screen I got to "Your Music" screen and the "Recent" section wouldn't load. When I opened the "Albums" folder I could only see 2 albums and I couldn't even open the playlists.

At school I connected to wifi but I still got the same problem. Nothing would load at all. I did some troubleshooting at school, first I updated the app but it didn't do anything, then uninstalled the app, rebooted and reinstalled it but nothing would work and nothing would load. Now, at home (and ONLINE), it's sort of working but it's still SLOW as hell. It takes around two to five minutes to load a playlist or album. When I tap a song it takes around a minute to start playing. When I tap another song it doesn't recognize it immediately and it takes around one to two minutes to change the song. I was replying to a text while listening a song and the music just stopped. Sometimes it just freezes the phone. The same goes when I go OFFLINE. And the thumbnails of the albums are missing.

I'm on version Spotify 2.6.0.813, Android 4.2.2, the model of my phone is GT-S7582L

Can you try another clean install but this time make sure to follow the guide linked in my signature?

Please don't forget the reboot step!

Brilliant. I know the process I detail is a little longer and has more steps. But it is the best way and ensures a true clean install.
