Hi guys,

My spotify remains in offline mode despite all my attempts.

I have logged out and re logged in, re-installed the Android App, and checked my internet connexion (which is working), but the App on my Samsung S5 remain in offline mode.

Any idea how to re-connect and move to the onllne mode?

Just to check, make sure you've disabled offline mode in the Spotify settings.

Do you use a proxy or VPN at all?

You were right. it was a problem in spotify settings. Everything is back in order now.
