Spotify ruined my smartphone

Hi there! 
I were trying to move the offline datas from Internal Storage to SD, and doing as Support: Offline music Internal Storage -> SD says, spotify just stopped and carshed every my process in use. The smartphone auto-rebooted by itself and since then it pops up contiously "android.process.media has just stopped" error and NOW the phone is unusable and the fault is only of your support. 
I'm trying to delete through dialvik everything from my phone. Thanks to you guys, really you're the worst.

At least help me to get back my phone.

Hey Matthew!

That's very unfortunate and extremely rare for that to happen. I'm not sure that clearing your DAVLIK cache will do anything to alleviate the situation.

Obviously in a worst case scenario, you will have to do a hard reset (factory reset) to your device. On installing Spotify again, as long as there's more space free on the SD than there is on the internal storage, Spotify will sync tracks to your SD card.
