My Question or Issue

 Spotify won't allow me to use the search function, browse, or radio, claiming that I'm "offline" even when it's streaming music that I don't have downloaded. This happens a few times a week. It's very frustrating and I was wondering if this is a common problem and is being corrected.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
