Spotify se para cada 3 canciones

My Question or Issue

Desde hace ya tiempo tengo este problema, empiezo a reproducir una lista en Spotify y las primera dos canciones se escuchan pero a la tercera Spotify se congela y no funcionan hasta que reinicio el celular o borro el caché de la aplicación.

Ya intenté cambiar la configuración de uso de batería, reinstalarlo, reiniciar el celular, etc.

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device.

If this doesn't do the trick, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

On another note, could you try with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference?

Lastly, we'd like to know if this is only happening on your phone or on other devices as well.
