Spotify skipping songs after 40 seconds

My Question or Issue

Spotify skips to the next song after approx 40 seconds .

This didn't happen while I was on free. 

This happens on weblayer as well. 

It does show that there's an available chrome player even after I have closed everything, used the "sign out everywhere" option, changed the password: as soon as I log in from mobile, there's already a web player listed in the available devices. 

Please help .

Issue had been resolved within a few hours of paying this by an update to Spotify app
