Spotify sometimes not playing in Car

My Question or Issue

I have the problem that when i didnt use Spotify for a while, when i connect my Phone to Androit Auto it just doesnt work. I see tha last played song, but it does not start playing until i turn off my Car, disconnect phone, open spotify, connect phone, start car again. Its so annoying.

Also, when i connect to it via bluetooth (Like most cars, not through android auto) i have to start Spotify on my Phone, then start the car. 

Why is this? 

My car stereo is a Pioneer SPH-DA230DAB
