My Question or Issue

 For the last three days, Spotify randomly (mostly just after a few seconds) stops playing a song or crashes completely.

 

I tried deleting storage and cache, reinstalling spotify completely.

 

I hope someone can help me out. Thanks!

I have the same issue. Deleted and re installed the app, cleared space (which I have plenty) for me it seems to crash when downloading music for my offline playlists.

I know you've both tried reinstalling already, but would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here? This can solve many common problems that our users experience.

 

Could you also provide us with the following information:

  • Device and OS version
  • Spotify app version?
