Spotify stuck offline on mobile android

On a Samsung galaxy s6 edge

My issue:

My device has been stuck in offline for the past month or so now. I've tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Reinstalling seems to correct the issue, but only for a few days. I can still across my library but can t view artist albums or radio, even with a Wi-Fi connection.
