I have all notifications turned off in the android app settings

i have the paid version

i keep getting spam from spotify being pushed in notifications

how do I stop this garbage?

have you already tried a clean reinstallation of the spotify app? If you turned off all notifications it shouldn't happen...

please answer if this doesn't help so I'll continue my reserach 😉

What device are you using? If you login to spotify on the web does it slow you as premium?
