Still getting charged

I can't get into my premium account anymore. A while ago, it made a Facebook account and I can't deactivate it. I've tried anything and everything. I just want to stop getting charged for my old premium account and get a new one.

I suggest you use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

If you already haven't tried Joe's solution, I suggest you take Spotify off of the things on autopay section of your credit card account. (or PayPal, it works the same way.)

 

If this stopped your problem, please accept it for a solution please so other people can find the solution easier if they have the same problem.
