Stop Spotify from closing automatically when you pause the music

Hi, is there a way to whitelist Spotify so it doesn't close automatically a moment after i pause the music. I actually searched and found that you have to add Spotify to the "Unmonitored apps" in "Device maintenance" (settings)  but i did that (as you can see here https://imgur.com/a/GoYT7PK) and it still shuts down when i press "Optimize now".  I also installed Tasker.apk but couldn't find how to disable Spotify auto closing. I'm asking this because the Spotify homescreen widget stops working when the little circle notification disappears from the notification screen. Any workaround ? Thanks !!

Bump. Spotify stopping after being paused for 1sec is really annoying. Disabling battery optimization doesn't help.
