Suddenly no longer able to download music to phone?

My Question or Issue

1. I've been using Spotify for awhile and this is a new problem. I'm unable to download any playlists - they get stuck in the grey waiting to download phase. It is only on my phone, my computer is fine. I have like 5 GB of space, so I don't imagine that's an issue. I've redownloaded the app, and I have nothing downloaded at the moment, except one small playlist on my computer, so I'm not over the device or song limit. This is an issue at home and at school, on internet connections that works for everything else. I am baffled, got any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble downloading music.

Some preliminary steps I'd recommend are

• Restart your device
• Clean app cache(even if your device has storage)
• Log out of your account and back in again.
• Check if there are updates for your app

You know what it was was my VPN. I paused it and lo and behold :')
