Switched phones and lost all my music

Switched phones and lost all my music

I changed my phone, logged in with my account and I lost all my Playlist and songs. Also it said upgrade to premium when I already had premium. I need help because I want everything back.

Have you logged in Spotify Web to see if your playlists are shown? It might work.

Hi. That's strange....Could you see if you can recover some playlists from the recovery option on the Spotify's website?  Besides that, could it be possible that your premium month has finished and you need to pay again for another month?
