If I have understood your question currectly you want to disconnect spotify from sync 3. Just go to your bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the device.
Currently, the only way to do that is to close the app when you connect to your car via bluetooth, and reopen it. Hopefully this will remove the Spotify + Ford logos.

Another workaround is to downgrade your current version of Spotify. Simply uninstall Spotify on your phone, and install an older version from here:
