Sync Desktop to Android

I reordered a playlist in Windows and want it to sync to my Android app. Is there a way to force the 'reconcile' without recreating the playlist in the Spotify app?

Drag down the playlist to reveal the filter/sort and make sure custom sort order is selected. If that doesn't do it, try logging out and back in. If it still hasn't synced, create a new playlist in the desktop client, select all the tracks and drag them into the new playlist. This should show up on android in your preferred order.
