Synch problem

When I add a list of albums on my laptop I can see they are added.

Then my HTC Desire HD (Android) starts to synch. Some of the songs dón't have the green dot next to it. The have a music note. When I try to play them, the Spotify App crashes. The songs with the green dot will play.

I also cleared everything and synched everything again. Unfortunately no succes.

What do I do wrong or must I do?
