Syncing offline content between andriod phone and my pc

I have already synced up my play lists from my pc to my andriod phone, I set all my playlists on the pc to offine. I set the ones on my mobile phone to offlines as well but it seems to be downloading them from the web instead of just syncing them with the pc. IS there anway of avoiding this? I was actually trying to save some bandwidth.

Nope, your phone will get them off the web too.
