The premium Duo plan does it have commercials?

I'm the original account holder. My Duo partner gets commercials and I'm supposedly have the premium Duo plan.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, as a Premium subscription, Duo has no ads. In order for your member to benefit from this, you need to invite them to the plan. Did you do this? If not, invite them and they will enjoy all Premium features. If you did invite the member, they joined successfully but they still get ads, they might be logged into the wrong account, tell them to double check that.
