Track name does not update over Bluetooth when the app is in the background

Occasionally when I'm listening to an album over Bluetooth and my phone's screen turns off, the Spotify app stops updating the current track name in the display of my car.  If I unlock my phone and put the Spotify app into the foreground, the current track name is updated.

It would be great to get a fix for this issue.  Let me know if there's any other information that I can gather to help reproduce the problem.
