My Question or Issue

I tried to upgrade to one month premium of 119 rs/month using my Airtel debit card but it said transaction failed. Money has been deducted and no refund has been initiated. 

 

Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and reply.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

If you received a "payment failure" notice from Spotify when you tried to subscribe to Premium, it'd be great for you to reach out to your bank/payment method provider to double-check they've reverted the transaction after it didn't go through.

I'm having a hard time contacting my bank provider which sucks...
Hoping that the money gets refunded.
