Transfer Music

Hello, I have two android phones and I have Spotify Premium. The issue here is that the wifi does not work in one of those phones and my data plan is not unlimited, so downloading the music to play it offline or to stream it is not an option. Is there a way to transfer the music that I have downloaded in one my phones to transfer it to the phone that does not have wifi and to be able to play that music offline without having to use my data to download it again?

There's no way of transferring Spotify-downloaded music between devices. Maybe you could try connecting the devices to the same mobile hotspot?
