My Question or Issue

Trying to find a way to disable lyrics while playing music. I don't mind using data to stream music, but I don't want to waste it on lyrics I'm not reading while at work.

Thanks but we shouldn't have to mess with connectivity just to opt-out of
something not terribly useful. I hardly ever look at my phone when
listening to music, if i did I'd use youtube. There are other things
spotify could work on (like a more consistent/user-friendly/useful UI) than
wasting their time introducing window dressing.

20 votes is nothing compared to the 182 million users who apparently do not have an issue with lyrics 😵‍💫

I am not advocating on their behalf, I asked politely for an option to toggle lyrics a looooong time ago. 

Either way if we want this topic to cover more ground we need to mass share it on social media wherever we can. With enough reach something might actually happen.
