UI takes a long time to load when app is freshly opened

My Question or Issue

When I open the spotify app on my phone and go to a playlist, I click on the 'dots' next to a song for 'more options', the menu screen doesn't load and it prompts "Go online to see menu".  After about 5 minutes of the app being open, it finally works.

Have you seen any connectivity issues? Try using another network (Wifi) and see if that fixes the issue.

 

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app too. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. 🙂
