Unable to initiate premium payment

My Question or Issue

I want to buy a premium account for 1 month, but every time I've verified my payment method with the OTP verification and everything, the web page forced me back  to the payment method selection screen. 

I've tried using different payment method as suggested in this page:

Sorry to see you've been having difficulties with your subscription!
As we're currently not aware of any ongoing issues with Indonesian payments and we can't view your accounts from the forum, we'd suggest contacting our support folks instead 🙂
They will be able to pinpoint what the issue is and assist accordingly.
