Hey, I recently upgraded to premium and always turn on offline mode when I'm away from home. If I leave offline mode off and only play downloaded playlists will I use mobile data? I have sync via cellular data off btw

The app will still use a little bit of data to load certain things from Spotify's server.

 

To be sure the app doesn't use any data at all, turn on offline mode.

It won't stream any music though right?

Offline mode will play music only from phone local cache.
Of course you should select before music to be downloaded and available offline.
