Usuario Premium le sale el modo sin conexión cuando no está activado

Hola buenas, el problema está en que soy usuario Premium (mi cuenta caduca dentro de 1 año y medio) y el dispositivo me dice todo el rato que estoy sin conexión aunque tenga desactivada la opción de escuchar música sin conexión. No puedo utilizar la barra de búsqueda, no me aparece ninguna de mis playlists, ni siquiera mis canciones guardadas ni favoritos. Además la opción explorar tampoco puede utilizarse. Prácticamente no puedo utilizar la aplicación. Muchas gracias y espero su respuesta.

And can you do other things online? Is it the same on WiFi and mobile data?

Yes it's the same on both. I can't do anything, neither listening to music nor search it. It doesn't work and I don't know what to do. I've tried everthing. I have reinstalled the app and Idid a factory reset.
