Video podcasts will not play

I have not been able to play podcasts that have a video option on my phone. I have tried a clean install. I've tried clearing data and cache. I've tried toggling the video settings on/off with restarting the app. I'm not able to play audio only version either for just these. I've been successful playing on other devices.

Could you please confirm that the 'Data Saver: Save Data' and the 'Stream audio only' options are toggled off?
And, if they are, could you use a different account on your device and re-test this? I'd like us to try and figure out if this is a device-related or account-related issue.

And, on the account note, when you say you've tested this on other devices - could you tell us what they've been and were you or was anyone else logged into them at the time of testing?
