Video volume not normalised and too loud

My Question or Issue

Videos are appearing more frequently in the most popular playlists, they do not have normalised volume (are not affected by the 'set same volume levels' setting) and are often playing at a much louder volume.

If videos are going to be part of playlists (they shouldn't, but that's a different issue), then their volume has to be normalised with all the music tracks on the playlist.

I'm surprised this hasn't been more complained about - I've had this issue for ages on my iPhone 8 Plus and other devices. Volume is much louder on videos than just audio-only tracks.
