Where are offline playlists stored?

I am probably right in saying that they show up as the 'Cache'? There is no other reason why my cache for the Spotify app should be >500MB....

Yep that's the cache I guess. On my phone, under android system settings it doesn't show under either Cache or Data - which are both low - but under Phone e Storage - where I have 9.38GB 🙂

On my internal phone storage I only have 1.75 GB for apps. On my internal SD: 12GB. So it should use the internal SD not the internal memory cache 😞

What I mean is that if I look at the Spotify app in android system settings it shows several counters for the amount of memory used:
Cache - 50KB
Data - 200KB
Phone Storage - 9.38GB

Not sure I really understand what you're saying your phone is showing though

Loads. My cache said more than 500MB!
