Why Spotify is not working in Samsung Galaxy S I9000?

Why Spotify is not working in Samsung Galaxy S I9000?

Hey!

I have Samsung Galazy S I9000 phone and when I try to open spotify it will say like this:

Sorry.

Spotify app (com.spotify.mobile.android.ui process) stopped unexpectedly. Try again.

I have tried everything and this feels pretty sad, I got this phone yesterday, I bought Premium for 3 months (30€) and I don't get even to use it in my phone! Why it stops unexpectedly? I have tried like 20 times and always the same thing. How this can be fixed? Please help me.

Thank you. 🙂

That's a force close...

Have you rooted your device at all? Are you running the stock software?

Please could you try a fresh install - if that doesn't work, try a factory reset.

The phone have just been factory reseted and freshly installed but still got the same message got any other tips?

And below this message "Spotify app (com.spotify.mobile.android.ui process) stopped unexpectedly. Try again."

Is two buttons where to click "Force close" and "Report".

I've tried to report to Spotify too.

Do you have an SD card in it?

Could you click the report button, go down and click the stack trace button, and then capture a screenshot 🙂

I don't have SD card on it but it has enough memory (6GB) and about 350 ram

EDIT: Internal SD card  35.47MB/5.78GB, no external SD card.

I clicked the Report button but there is only buttons Send and Preview, and a box where you can write about the issue

Well, it would seem the service creator is being passed an illgeal argument.

It could be the SD Card - could you try putting one in? Doesn't matter, any size will do. Just wondering if that's the issue.

I downloaded older version of Spotify and it works fine. 🙂 Thank you anyways.
