Why do I still see advert for premium every time I load spotify when I have a family subscription?

My Question or Issue

 Why do I still see advert for premium every time I load spotify when I have a family subscription? I've logged in/out. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache. Force stopped. Rebooted phone. Changed password then logged back in. And when I log in using exact same credentials, on the website (as opposed to the app) I see I am indeed on a family subscription. Driving me nuts. Help!

are the adds only appearing on your mobile? or desktop too?
