Hi all:

 

My Spotify account was unavailable as I lost my wallet and had to reorder a new bank card and the account was linked to my former card. 

 

I updated my payment details yesterday and it would appear that Spotify have taken the money from my account as I have had a receipt forwarded to me. 

 

However when I search for music on my Android phone it finds the track but it is 'greyed out' in a similar way to which it would if I was offline thus making Sptify unusuable.  

 

Any ideas?
