Won't go offline

I have tried all their trouble shooting and nothing has worked. It won't go offline. I just bought family account and already want to cancel ugh

Have you tried downloading some music already? When you say it won't go offline you mean with the 'Go offline' option in the app?

I have tried with having Playlist downloaded yes. I goto click offline and it won't do it whatsoever. My brother has same phone no issues.

Does it say you're not Premium or it's just not toggling on?

Not toggling, funny thing is, I turned phone sideways n it did it, would not do it upright.

That is pretty weird, I know you said you've tried all troubleshooting but have you tried reinstalling the app and also restarting your phone before installing the app again?
