Won't let me create a new playlist

Everytime I go to create a new playlist it won't let me but let's me adds songs to playlists, been happening for the last week. Have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app but same problem happens, anyone able to shed light on why it's doing this?

I haven't ever been able to createll my own playlists. I even just got the 7 day premium free trial and I still am unable. I don't know what the problem is.

Had same problem today. Went to Spotify Facebook page and made a few comments on different posts and received a reply from Spotify Cares. Sent them my phone info, they asked me to restart it and now it works.

Mine actually just started working of its own accord! Weird.

Wow same happened to me! I have had spotify for probably around 2 months and I have never been able to create playlists until now. I guess the Spotify gods were listening!
