Wont Go Online or sign in on Galaxy s4

Since march 8th its been saying im always offline only on my phone, anywhere else is perfectly fine , i tried to log out and sign back in but everytime i put my info in it restarts the app so i can never sign back in

Btw i do have the version from the play store and it is up to date

Been suffering with the same problem for the last month. Won't let me sign in on the app keeps long round to the sign in screen again and again. Have tried re installing the app and all but still no joy. Tried password  reset and no joy. Some joke
