Wont accept my login Andriod app

Hi I'm going crazy, I'm paying for premium and this is the second time the app is messed it up without naming its usual bugs on the andriod app.

My problem today is it wont let me login, sign up or anything on the app.

Steps I have taken to solve this ...

Uninstall app

Delete cache everywhere including sd card

Reinstal app Multiple times

Nothing is working even trying to create a new account or logging in through fb which my account is set up with....

Are you able to login to the account anywhere else? (Desktop, laptop etc..)

Yes I am logged onto my laptop, its just the app that wont work.

I'm having the same issue. It's really frustrating. I can log into the web site, but not into the app on my phone or my computer.

Are you using a Facebook login or a username/password combo?

hmm...obviously, if you're using the same combo at both locations, then it should log you in. 

I recommend reaching out direclty to Spotify Support on this one through Twitter via @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. If you get an email back directing you to the community, go ahead and respond (even if its from a no reply) and this should trigger a call from a support tech. 

Make sure to check your spam folder!
