Wrapped 2020 story not showing up

My Question or Issue

I still am not able to see my stats and story, I can find the playlist but not the story.

i already tried the animation, logging in and out, updating, unistalling, deleting cache but nothing I do even makes it show up. I am waiting for like a month at this point

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this. 

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send us a screenshot of the email you received about your 2020 Wrapped? Make sure not to include any private info. 

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂
