My Question or Issue

Hello. I have two Spotify accounts, and I've used only one of them this year. However, I can't see my wrapped story nor my top 2020 songs playlist on my most used account, but when I log into the other account that I've used only one time, my story and playlist are there. I've been trying to find a solution but still no playlist on my main account. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

We'd recommend trying to log out and back in twice, as this will force sync your account with the servers.  You can also run a clean reinstall of the app to assure there is no issues with the cache.
