You guys debited me on my bank card and I didn't get to premium why

Just today I tried renewing npremium premium

Hi there, thanks for reaching out about this!

 

My first suggestion that you check if the payment for the Premium subscription has gone through successfully by heading over to your Account page

 

If you can see your payment there, I suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in. 

 

Additionally, it's worth taking a look at this article for more info. 

 

If you're sure you've been charged, but you're still on the free service, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.

I changed my subscription to premium and it stayed the same as if it were free. And it doesn't give me the premium benefits. Why does this happen?
